Services • Photography session for as long as the agreed upon time. (Additional time fees may be incurred) • Professionally edited images by Brittney Hobein • Ability to purchase prints and photo products á la carte • The time and professional talent of Brittney Hobein Terms and Conditions • Photographs taken by Brittney Hobein are owned by Brittney Hobein and therefore may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote Brittney Hobein Photography • I grant to Brittney Hobein the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that she has taken or may take of me and/or my family members to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if she so chooses. • I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. • I understand that at no time shall any of Brittney Hobein's work be printed, sold, advertised, entered into contests, etc. without the express written consent of Brittney Hobein. This is a breach of copyright and is illegal. If high-resolution digital files are included or purchased, the necessary releases will be provided. • I understand that Brittney Hobein is not responsible for client regret over wardrobe choice, location choice, failure to capture specific images, and therefore does not offer free or discounted re-shoots on this basis. • I understand that Brittney Hobein reserves the right to artistically interpret portrait sessions as Brittney Hobein sees fit and cannot guarantee what photos will be produced from this endeavor. • I assume all responsibility for precautionary and safety measures. Brittney Hobein is not liable for any injury that may occur before, during, or after a photo session. • All sales are final. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement. By signing this document, I agree to all of the above.
